THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH OR 19 KM/H.  A TURN TO THE NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND THAT GENERAL MOTION SHOULD CONTINUE ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
